C-103
Biobrom C-103 is a quick kill broad spectrum biocide used in diverse industrial water system applications. These include cooling water systems, cooling towers, membranes, oil recovery & refining systems, and pulp and paper mill production. Biobrom C-103 is available in 100% and 20% concentrations.
Formula: C3H2Br2N2O
Toxicity: BIOBROM® C-103 is a severe irritant to the eyes and a mild irritant to the skin. It is toxic if inhaled, a mild skin sensitizer and very toxic to aquatic organisms.
Flammability and Explosivity: Biobrom® C-103 is non-flammable and non-explosive. It is ignited by fire but decomposes (with discoloration) at above 160°C, releasing toxic hydrogen bromide, bromide fumes and nitrogen oxides
Stability: Biobrom® C-103 is stable under normal ambient conditions, but is sensitive to heat and light. At pH>9, BiobromTM C-103 readily decomposes.
Packaging: Biobrom® C-103 is supplied in 20 kg bags or 500 kg big bags
