F-2001 is a polymeric brominated epoxy flame retardant additive.
It is recommended for use as an HBr scavenger in compositions containing a polymeric flame retardant, such as extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) and expandable polystyrene foam made via an extrusion method (xEPS). F-2001 can also be used as a flame retardant in UPE end applications.
